A parody on Donald Duck. Whenever you see him he is not wearing any pants, yet still has no genitals. Hence Fokke and Sukke will always have their genitals visible.

You never saw them before? They even had their own tv show. Every day you can see them in the NRC (quality newspaper), though I just watch http://www.foksuk.nl
